Add your first property

A property is the thing everything else hangs off: the listing, the applications, the eventual tenancy. You add it once and reuse it.

Steps

1. 1From your dashboard, choose Add a property.
2. 2Search for the address. We look it up so the suburb, state and postcode fill themselves in.
3. 3Add the basics (type, bedrooms, bathrooms, car spaces) and a few photos. You can come back and add more later.
4. 4Save. The property now shows on your dashboard with a completeness score that tells you what's left before you can list it.

You don't have to finish everything in one sitting. The completeness score is there so you always know the next useful step.
