Change or cancel your plan

You can cancel any time from the billing page in the app. There's no cancellation fee and no lock-in contract.

What happens when you cancel

You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and we email you a confirmation with that date. If something's gone wrong and you want a refund for prepaid time, just ask.

On our Transparent Pricing Policy, standard accounts get no price increase in the first 12 months, at least 60 days' written notice of any change after that, and the right to cancel before a change takes effect with a pro-rata refund.
