List it on realestate.com.au yourself, without an agent. We recommend it for the most reach. realestate.com.au charges a one-time fee of $180 to $265 (incl. GST) per listing, depending on your suburb. You pay it to realestate.com.au, not to Tenwise. Tenwise lays your listing out in their form's seven steps (details, features, pricing, description, images, inspections, contact) with a Copy button on every value.

This is optional. You can advertise for free with Facebook Marketplace and Gumtree alone. We recommend realestate.com.au for the most reach.

Post it yourself to Facebook Marketplace and Gumtree. We write the portal-ready title and description for you to paste.

For Domain, or if you would rather use an upload reseller, download the upload file or the paste-ready summary and hand it over. A reseller charges its own fee.

Tenwise isn't affiliated with realestate.com.au and doesn't post there for you. You create the listing on their site and pay them directly.

Download all the listing photos in one action for whichever uploader you end up in.

You can also print a scan-to-apply QR code for your open inspection. Anyone who scans it lands straight on your application form.
