How rent collection works
Tenwise builds the schedule and reminds both sides, but the money moves through a bank rail straight to you, never through Tenwise.
Tenwise builds the full rent schedule for the tenancy up front, marks each payment off, and files a receipt for every one. When a payment is due or overdue, both you and the tenant get a reminder.
Where the money goes
Rent settles directly to your bank account through a regulated payments rail. Tenwise never holds your rent: there's no Tenwise-held balance the money passes through. That's why we can promise no percentage of your rent, ever.
The live payment rail is still being wired in. Until it is, the schedule, reminders and receipts all work. You confirm each payment as it lands in your account.
