Applicants come in two ways: they apply straight from your public listing, or you invite someone from an enquiry with a private link. Either way, each application lands in one place for you to review.
Comparing fairly
Each application shows the same fields (income, employment, rental history, references) so you're comparing like for like. You can shortlist, approve one, and decline the rest with a reason, and everyone's kept in the loop.
Tenants are never charged for a background or tenancy-database check. That's the law in NSW, and it's how we build it everywhere.
