Steps
- 1From the tenancy, choose Inspections and pick a date. Tenwise keeps you inside the notice NSW requires for entry.
- 2Your tenant is notified and can confirm, or propose a time that suits better; you accept or counter from the same screen.
- 3Add it to your calendar with the one-tap calendar file. The tenant gets the same.
- 4On the day, record the outcome room by room. The record stays on the tenancy.
