Once you've approved an applicant, Tenwise builds the state-specific residential agreement from the details you've already entered, with guardrails so the required clauses are there.
Signing and the bond
Both parties sign electronically and we keep the audit trail. The bond is lodged with your state's bond authority: you do the lodgement, and mark it done on the tenancy. Tenwise never holds the bond money.
At move-in, fill out the condition report room by room with photos so both sides have the same record if there's ever a dispute.
Tenwise is software, not a law firm. The lease templates and notices are reviewed, but if a specific clause or situation needs legal advice, we'll say so and point you somewhere appropriate.
