The whole price in one line: $19/month for your first property, $9/month for each extra. No fees on top.
Tenwise is $19/month for your first property and $9/month for each additional one, or $189/year and $89/year if you pay annually. That's it.
No setup fee. No letting fee. No percentage of your rent, ever. You can cancel any time.
How it scales
The price is linear: every extra property is the same $9/month, with no cap. A landlord with five properties pays $19 + four × $9, so $55/month.
