When a tenancy starts, your tenant is invited to their own portal automatically, with the same sign-in-by-email as yours and no password. It shows their tenancy and the rent due, with your bank details and the payment reference. It also holds the signed lease and any documents you share, maintenance reporting, inspection RSVPs, and your message thread.
Per-property documents have a visibility toggle, so you choose what's shared (appliance manuals, strata by-laws) and what stays yours.
