Tenants get their own portal: rent details with the right reference, the signed lease, maintenance and messages. Clarity cuts the questions.
When a tenancy starts, your tenant is invited to their own portal automatically (same sign-in-by-email as yours, no password). It shows their tenancy, the rent due with your bank details and the payment reference, the signed lease and any documents you share, maintenance reporting, inspection RSVPs, and your message thread.
Per-property documents have a visibility toggle, so you choose what's shared (appliance manuals, strata by-laws) and what stays yours.
