A listing turns a property into a public page at a shareable link. You can write the ad yourself, or let the AI drafter write a first pass from the property details for you to edit. It's a starting point, not the final word.
Steps
- 1Open the property and choose to create a listing.
- 2Set the rent, bond, and the date it's available.
- 3Write the description, or use the AI draft and edit it to sound like you.
- 4Publish. You get a public listing link to share, and the moment it goes live we surface that link so you can post it straight away.
Turn public applications on if you want an Apply now button on the listing, or leave it off to vet enquiries first and invite people to apply yourself.
